These terms govern use of BuyTicket24 and the purchase, delivery, recovery and presentation of tickets. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied for every attendee is accurate and that you accept these terms.
1. Our role
BuyTicket24 provides ticketing technology and payment, delivery and entry-support services for events offered by organizers. Event programming, venue operation, admission decisions and performance delivery remain the organizer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Orders and ticket limits
A verified buyer may purchase up to five tickets per order and may combine VIP, Regular and Student categories. Each ticket is issued to one attendee with a unique ticket number and QR code. Orders are subject to availability, successful phone verification and verified payment.
3. Student tickets
A separate valid student ID is required for every Student ticket. The buyer must provide legible evidence during checkout, including the student’s identity and an expiry or validity date covering 23 October 2026. The named attendee must bring the original valid ID to the venue. Missing, expired, altered or mismatched evidence may result in refusal of admission without conversion to another category.
4. Payment and confirmation
Payment is processed through bKash. A ticket is confirmed only after BuyTicket24 independently verifies the payment identifier, amount and status. Do not close the payment window until a result is shown. We never ask for or store your bKash PIN or account password.
5. Tickets and entry
Keep ticket links and QR codes private. A code admits only once; the first valid scan controls entry. Resale, duplication, tampering, automated purchasing and use for unlawful or misleading purposes are prohibited. Venue security and event policies must be followed.
6. Changes, postponement and refunds
Event times, programme details and entry procedures may change for operational or safety reasons. Any postponement, cancellation, transfer or refund process will follow the organizer’s published decision and applicable law. Platform or provider charges already irreversibly incurred may be excluded where legally permitted; any such amount will be disclosed before action is required.
7. Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for using a reachable Bangladeshi phone number, reviewing every attendee and category, protecting OTPs and ticket links, and contacting support promptly if information is incorrect. Do not submit another person’s identity evidence without their permission.
8. Availability and liability
We apply reasonable technical and security controls but cannot promise uninterrupted access where telecommunications, payment networks, venues or events are outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of Bangladesh.
